The box showed up (from Ireland to Virginia, USA) in a mere matter of hours - super fast. When I opened the box, I was elated. The engraving is perfect. I worked with your responsive, pleasant customer service staff to discuss the family crest. You guys nailed it! It was exactly what I wanted and is such a beautiful piece. Hands down, it was worth every penny we paid. It wasn't heavy like I thought it would be and has a very nice, light weight to it. I would definitely purchase from this site again. Nicely done!
