How to Return or Exchange Your Jewelry

To receive instructions on making a return, or to arrange for your ring to be resized, please email us at [email protected] quoting your Order ID.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

We value our customers happiness very highly and we take great pride in providing excellent service and quality as is reflected in our outstanding reviews and in our returns policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the piece for a full refund. All returned jewelry must be unworn and sent with original documentation and packaging.

Exceptions

We cannot accept return of customized jewelry including:

  • Special Orders commissioned by you
  • Ogham Jewelry
  • Family Crest Jewelry
  • Birthstone Jewelry
  • 22K gold
  • Pieces that have been personalized with your engraving

Dealing with Defects

We have exacting quality standards and every item we ship is checked before we send it out. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective, we will issue a full refund and we will cover the cost of returning the jewelry to us.

What do I do if my Ring Doesn't Fit?

To avoid the delay involved in resizing your ring, we do everything we can to get the right fit for you first time.

If your ring doesn’t fit as you would like, we will resize your ring up or down one size, free of charge. To avail of our free resizing, your ring must be returned to us in unworn condition.

We cannot resize the following rings:

  • Rings that have been engraved
  • Family Crest rings
  • Ogham rings
  • Rings offered at 50% off from our Specials and Outlet sections
