To arrange for a refund please contact us quoting your Order ID and your reason for for returning the product.
If the product is found to be defective we will happily provide a full refund. If the jewelry does not match the description on this website we will provide a full refund. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
If your ring arrives and it doesn't fit contact us quoting your Order ID. Providing the ring is within (plus or minus) 1 size we will resize it for you free of charge. To avoid the delay involved in resizing your jewelry we do everything we can to get it right first time round! Read more about choosing the correct ring size.
If for any other reason you decide not to keep the jewelry you will be refunded the total amount less a restocking fee.
Restocking fee is 20% of order value
We respect your right to cancel your order at any time before you receive your goods. However, because our goods are handmade to order, we reserve the right to charge a 20% fee to cover the cost of your cancelled order. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid any cancellation fee
Unless your jewelry is found to be defective, our returns policy does not apply to Platinum rings, Diamond engagement rings and special, customized or engraved orders.

Further to our 30-day refund policy we offer quality assurance via our 1 year quality guarantee. If your ring is found to be defective within a year of purchase we will repair or replace the ring free of charge.
This guarantee applies to manufacturer's defect. It does not apply if damage is deemed to be the result of improper care or wear and tear.
