What to expect from your appointment:

Step 1: Before your appointment

We are big fans of window shopping, so we encourage you to settle down with a cuppa and browse our extensive range of heirloom-quality Celtic jewellery to see what catches your eye! We showcase iconic Irish designs like the Claddagh, Celtic and Trinity Knot, Ogham and many more.

When you have an idea of what you may be looking for or any questions you need answered, book your free personal appointment with our expert team.

We make many of our items to order, so we recommend booking in to chat to us well before you need your jewellery. We can and will always work with people on tight deadlines, and we pull out all the stops. But for the widest selection and a stress-free shopping experience for you, give yourself a little time to plan ahead.

It's also helpful if you share the pieces you are interested in with us when booking. This means we can have sample items on hand to show you during your chat with us. Of course, if you are not entirely sure what you are looking for, that's fine too! Just let us know and we can work with you to narrow down the options so we can show you some select pieces that might suit you on the day.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your personal appointment. This will include access details if you have a virtual appointment or directions to find us if you are visiting us in person.

Step 2: Chat with our experts

Claire or Gemma will look forward to welcoming you to our showroom here in Dublin, Ireland, either virtually or in person on the date and time you have booked.

They will start by walking you through the history behind the design of your chosen piece or pieces. Many of our customers enjoy learning about the ancient roots of our beautiful designs. Ireland is a nation of storytellers, and we love nothing more than sharing the stories behind our jewellery.

Of course, technical questions about fit, style, and metal choice are welcome and, in fact, are positively encouraged! Our goal is to ensure that you leave your appointment with absolutely no questions unanswered. We’re aware of the significance that jewellery plays in many of life's milestones, so we ensure that you leave your appointment having experienced the highest standards of service, whether you choose to order a piece of our heirloom jewellery or not.

Step 3: After your appointment

The expert you spoke with, Gemma or Claire, will be in touch after your appointment to follow up with you on any information you discussed. If you choose to order with us ,you can do so safe in the knowledge that we offer 100 day returns and you will continue to experience our five star service. We’ll keep you updated as your order is speedily and securely shipped from our home to yours.

Our shipping team takes care to ensure everything is perfect with your piece. Your order will arrive in luxury packaging that makes gift-giving hassle-free, or gives you a safe place to keep your precious new jewellery. We include details on the design inspiration for each item, and our jewellery care tips to help you keep your new treasure looking its best for many years to come.
