This fine sterling silver bangle is a modern day take on the iconic, open-ended Celtic 'Torc' design, hand engraved with an inscription of your choice in Ogham. A spiral design inspired by 5000 year old engravings at Newgrange bookends the Ogham inscription on each side.

Ogham is the first known alphabet of the ancient Irish. Also known as the "tree alphabet" Ogham consists of groups of lines or branches representing letters, set across a vertical stem-line. An enigmatic script perfect for a personal engraving or a secret to share with a loved one.
