My whole experience was great. I love the jewlery and this was my second time ordering. Easy online ordering. The only problem for me was the shipping with signature for delivery. That caused a problem for me with not being home during delivery.Long story short and some added stress, and after the first failed attempt, I was able to re route it to my local UPS store where I picked it up today.
