The customer service was excellent, and the rings arrived on time and plenty of care had been taken with the packaging which was also excellent. The pendant with our family crest is beautiful. I gave this to my son on his wedding day and he loved it and has not taken it off. Pendant size is perfect although I’m very glad I got the 22” chain - this is the preferred length. Peter was very quick to reply to questions and even helped expedite my order so we could have delivery before the wedding.
