The quality of both the pendant and the chain are excellent, and there is an appropriate "heft" to the pendant. They "feel" substantial, and look absolutely beautiful. A second point is the response time and rapid international shipping, which were once again astonishing, arriving in 4 days from my order. Excellent quality, excellent service.
