I finally got your product and I'm happy with the piece but your shipping procedures should be reviewed Having a Signature Required is not the best or easiest for most folks. One attempt was made to deliver to my address and then they drop it at a pick-up location 3 days later!! So I had to take the time and gasoline to go hunt the parcel down etc.. wasting my time! Come on people, we are a lazy bunch and want things easy!
