Could not be happier with my purchase experience. Bought a ring as a present and when the ring arrived it was a size too small (even using a ring sizer), emailed about returning the old size in return for a new larger size. Got a response almost straight away (it was also out of hours, so I wasn’t expecting an email until the following day) explaining the simple steps of how to return and request a new size. The process was easy and the staff were super communicative about when the received the returned ring and when they would be resending my new order. The ring is also stunning. Would absolutely recommend anyone to purchase from this site

My Irish Jeweler is amazing! I have ordered 3 gifts in the last 4 months and am amazed by the beauty and quality of each piece! The customer service is great. I was late ordering a gift for a St. Patrick’s Day birthday and had a tight timeframe for shipping. I sent an email explaining the situation offering to pay additional shipping charges. Their reply was quick they did not request additional shipping fees and my order was received 4 days earlier than the original date.
