There was a little delay with the anniversary ring I ordered. Claire was wonderful to assure me that I would receive it in time to surprise my husband for our 25th! She kept me in the loop and true to her word it shipped when she said and I had it in plenty of time! Everything worked out great and my husband loves his ogham ring! A perfect fit! Stone cut and clarity are spot on, and the details in the craftsmanship (hands, knots, crown) are accurate and beautiful without being distracting. All of the 'sharp edges' (ie stone point, clasps) are inobtrusive and don't catch on clothing or clothes.

The Sterling Silver Ogham Engraved Heart Pendant is a beautiful piece and the customer service goes above and beyond. My sisters and I gave this pendent to our sister, who lost her daughter Jennifer, to stage 4 breast cancer this past July. Jennifer's name is engraved in Ogham on the front and, at the suggestion of Claire, Gra Geal Mo Chroi which translates from Gaelic to english "Bright Love of My Heart" was engraved on the back. We upgrade the chain with the 18" Belcher chain and we could not be happier with the customer service and this beautiful piece that now adorns our sister's neck. Thank you Claire with your insight and sensitivity in helping us with this exquisite piece.
