Return or Exchange

To arrange for a return please contact us quoting your Order ID and your reason for for returning the product. Please see below conditions of return

1. My ring is the wrong size

Please email Peter at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) quoting your Order ID. If the ring is within (plus or minus) 1 size we will resize it for you free of charge.

To avoid the delay involved in resizing your ring we do everything we can to get it right first time round! Please note, you will be liable for costs incurred shipping the ring back to us. However, we will cover return shipping to get your resized ring back to you!

2. My jewelry is defective

If the jewelry is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund. You will also be compensated for any costs incurred in returning the jewelry to us. Please email Peter at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) quoting your Order ID.

Further to our 30-day refund policy we offer quality assurance via our 1 year quality guarantee. If your ring is found to be defective within a year of purchase we will repair or replace the ring free of charge. Please note, this guarantee applies to manufacturer's defect only. It does not apply if damage is deemed to be the result of improper care or wear and tear.

3. My jewelry is not as described on your website

If the jewelry you receive does not match the description on this website we will provide a full refund. You will also be compensated for any costs incurred in returning the jewelry to us. Please email Peter at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) quoting your Order ID.

4. I have changed my mind and I want to return my jewelry

Our jewelry is made to order. Therefore, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be liable for costs incurred shipping the ring back to us.This restocking fee does not apply if the jewelry is found to be defective, or if the jewelry provided does not match the description on our website. To arrange your return please email Peter at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) quoting your Order ID.

5. I wish to cancel my order. I have not yet received the goods

You may cancel within 24 hours of your order and avoid any cancellation fee.

We respect your right to cancel your order at any time before you receive your goods. However, because our goods are handmade to order, we reserve the right to charge a 20% fee to cover the cost of your cancelled order. Exceptions to our Returns Policy

Unless your jewelry is found to be defective, our returns policy does not apply to Platinum rings, Diamond rings and special, customized or engraved orders

  • Pack carefully in a small padded envelope
  • Include a note explaining the reason for return & your desired outcome
  • Goods must be returned by Registered Mail at your local post office. DO NOT USE FEDEX as this is expensive and will attract a custom duty which will be billed to you
  • Include the following customs declaration on outside of envelope. Please state clearly: "VAT No: IE 9793916K. Item returned to store of original purchase for exchange/repair
