This UNISEX ring is extremely 'eye catching' as it incorporates two of Ireland's most famous symbols, Ogham Script and Newgrange Spirals. The Celtic swirls and spirals were inspired by the stone carvings at Newgrange, Ireland's ancient cultural heritage site.
The word 'Faith' is inscribed in Ogham script, the earliest form of the Irish language. Our master Goldsmith has created a superbly crafted ring. Stunning attention to detail. The Ogham alphabet consists of a group of lines from one to five set across a vertical stem-line. Each line or notch represents a letter from the alphabet. There are many fine examples of Ogham stones and boulders scattered around our countryside. They were introduced to commemorate the passing of a loved one and their name was etched onto the stone. The inscriptions on the stones read from 'bottom to top'.
To make this ring even more special we can add another word or name in Ogham on the other side of the band.
