Crafted in sterling silver with Ireland's gemstone, Connemara Marble, set in the outer and inner circles of this lovely Celtic Cross.
Connemara marble is found exclusively in the West coast of Ireland and has unusual properties. Firstly, no two pieces of marble are alike. The color varies from a deep sage or moss green to a light lime green. The marble also has what appears to be fracture lines running throughout it. This is not considered to be a fault, indeed, it is what makes this stone so attractive and unusual.
There is a very nice Celtic braiding on the Celtic cross which blends in perfectly with the gorgeous Connemara Marble.The reverse of the cross has the same beautiful design but is not set with Connemara Marble.
