As an example, we added the word HOME in Ogham. Ogham is an ancient script and is the first known written alphabet of Ireland. Ogham consists of groups of lines, set across a vertical stem-line. Each group represents a different letter of the alphabet. There are fine examples of Ogham stones scattered around Ireland.

Behind the ogham and celtic knot details, you can choose either an oxidised "antique" finish or a florentine matte finish to draw your eye to the exquisite patterns and design. The outer trims are highly polished to add texture and definition to all the lovely detail. The shoulders have beautiful Celtic knot panels, often referred to as the Celtic lovers knot.
