I wish I could lower the rating. These are minitures compared to ad photos.Very misleading! Consider me a lost never to return customer!

We only ever use real photographs in our gallery, and it is not our intention to mislead. In the case of the pieces you ordered, we have used a close-up photograph as the lead image, to show the detail of the piece. We have done our best to show the size of the piece, by including a photograph of the jewelry beside a standard ruler, and a photograph of the piece in our jewelry box. Your feedback is a reminder that we need to do better. We will continue to work to build out our galleries with model photography, which will help to see clearly the size of each piece when worn. My Irish Fairy Connemara necklace arrived early (before Christmas)! The stone is a beautiful green, the fairy is in sterling silver and nicely detailed. The chain on the necklace is sterling silver and quite pretty too! I have wanted this necklace for a long time and was so excited my husband bought it for me for Christmas. There were instructions on how to care for my jewelry and came in a beautiful box. We will definitely buy from My Irish Jeweler again!

Beautiful necklace, speedy service and great communication throughout. The pendant is absolutely stunning, far nicer than the actual photo. The real surprise though was the packaging, it was so beautifuly wrapped and packaged when it arrived, I was so delighted, especially as it was a gift for someone, it meant I didn't have to rewrap it myself. Super fast delivery as well, I placed the order just before Christmas and I received it in London 2 days later, at a time when local cards were taking weeks to arrive.
