I Need To Return An Item. What do I do?

If you wish to return an item to us for any reason:

• First contact us via email or phone with your order number, and tell us what you need from the return: an exchange, a refund, etc.
• We will issue returns labels and clear instructions so you can safely send the item back to us by a fully insured express courier.
• The paperwork we issue is valid for three months, so you can return the item when it’s convenient for you.
• We will confirm receipt of your parcel when it’s back in Dublin and will update you on the timeframe for the next step.
