I received my beautiful 10k gold Claddagh with Celtic braid yesterday. The ring is beautiful. Fits perfect! There was a small hiccup on the timing of shipping, that being said I contacted customer service and dealt with Claire who was wonderful about following up on the delay, she told me the extra time would be worth the wait because the ring is beautiful, she was right and also refunded me $49.00 because of slight time mix-up.
