This Sterling Silver pendant is handmade by award winning Irish master silversmith and designer, Aidan Breen.
The design is inspired by the spectacular illustrations in Ireland's world-famous illuminated manuscripts like the Book of Kells. The pendant features a pierced triskele design surrounded by beautiful Celtic la Tené flourishes.
The Triskele is a truly ancient symbol that features in Celtic decorative art, but has much older roots that can be traced back over 5000 years in Ireland. Known by many as the oldest symbol of spirituality, the tri-spiral or triskele represents many things to different people including growth, spirituality, progress, and interconnection.
Aidan has an extraordinary talent for finesse and delicacy. Many try to imitate and copy his designs. However, once you feel the weight and quality of Aidan's work, you are left in no doubt as to why his pieces are so sought after by collectors around the globe.
This pendant would make the perfect piece for those who appreciates handmade quality at its finest with wonderful history attached.
Aidan has made this pendant in a choice of two sizes, a smaller one and a larger size for those that like to really make a statement. The pendant includes an 18" Classic Rolo Chain In Sterling Silver. But if you would prefer to wear this stunning pendant lower on the neckline choose from our handpicked selection of longer sterling silver chains.

The pendant is beautiful - I have worn it twice already, and as with the one I lost, received compliments on it. It is a striking design beautifully crafted. The shipping service was excellent! Thank you.
