The help and patience was examplary. The ring I ordered is very special to me, and all my worries and wonderings were taken care of, no grumbling, just quick answers and reassurances. I also was worried about the sizing, but I could give them the text to engrave, receive the ring, and send it back, either to engrave or swap for a different size. No harm no foul. I had damaged the ring while wearing it, (didn't want to take it off once I had it on for fear I would misplace it, as well as that it felt right, being there) and when I received it back after the engraving was done, it was good as new, nicely polished without any visible damage. I now have the box it came in, on the cabinet, and when I do something that could potentially do damage, I can put it safely away and as soon as I'm done, it's back on my finger. Thank you so much. When I am "in need" of jewelery, I will come here.

This cross is a marvelous piece of art. The details are finely carved / etched and the whole clearly demonstrate a fine craftmanship. You, people, surely made a young lady very happy! The idea to offer, at fair cost, an upgrade of the chain is quite welcomed indeed. Even the box housing the cross was elegant and displayed pure chic! Your pricing is honest and your customer service outstanding. I ordered on your online site and two days later the package was home (Canada). Well done Dublin! That's one of a thousand reasons why I just love that city and the Dubliners themselves! Thank you for everything... I'LL BE BACK!!!

I purchased my gold claddagh ring during the sale. It arrived quickly and was presented in a lovely box. It is perfect :). I love it. Fits perfectly and has a nice weight to it. I was married to an Irish man who bought me one similar to this one when we got engaged. Unfortunately it was lost and my husband passed away 2 1/2 years after we were married. This ring reminds me of the time I lived in Northern Ireland with my husband. I will cherish it and the lovely memories I have of my husband and living in beautiful Northern Ireland:). We also curate a range of thicker and heavier chains to complement each pendant. Some of our customers choose to wear their pendants on chains they already own, so we include a standard weight trace chain as a starting point. If you wish to return the necklace, we will gladly bring it back to Dublin and issue a full refund to you. Our wish is that you enjoy anything you purchase from us, for many years to come, but if it's not to your taste, then we will make it as easy as we can for the piece to be returned. We purchased commitment rings when we visited Ireland in 2019. We married in November 2024 on the anniversary of our first encounter at a nature preserve hike. We decided to order matching engraved bracelets for our upcoming first wedding anniversary. The staff at My Irish Jeweler are lovely and professional.
