Purchased 3 items this year and can say I am pleased with all. I asked that they cut down the chains on the ones for my grand daughters and they where happy to please. The other gift I got an additional longer chain and needed to verify I requested correctly. The support was great and very nice. A better experience and quality would be hard to beat.
