What Happens If My Ring Doesn't Fit?

We do our best to make sure your ring is the perfect fit straight out of the box. But we have been around long enough to know that even with best efforts, sometimes a size isn't quite right. Fear not, all is not lost. If your ring size needs adjusting, we will either exchange or replace for you in the required size within our Free 100-Days Returns policy.
What does this mean for you?
Many of our engagement rings and most of our Claddagh rings can be sized up or down one full size. This can be carried out relatively quickly meaning the ring can be back to you in a timely fashion. If the adjustment is more extreme, we may need to have a new ring made to ensure the ring's integrity and setting. We will discuss all options with you before organising the return details with you.
Rings that have a pattern or ornamentation around the band cannot be sized. A new ring will need to be made, meaning you will have a similar wait to when you initially ordered your ring.
This delay is one of the main reasons we’re so focused on getting your sizing right first time. It is not a disaster but no one likes waiting!
