I was able to make sure I had the right coat of arms for the ring I wanted. Email correspondence was quick and very much helpful. I placed the order, put it as a layaway. As soon as I paid it off, they sent me an email letting me know ring was still in production and their estimated day for shipping. They even called! I wasn't able to answer but left me a detailed voicemail. I was updated with the steps. Then it shipped - quicker than they anticipated and told me, for which there is NO complaint. Got my ring, wearing it now. It's just as I imagined it'd look like. Craftsmanship is unbelievable. I'm excited for whatever my next purchase will be.
