Still searching for that perfect gift for him this Christmas? There is still time to get him something he can treasure for a lifetime with a quality heirloom piece of jewellery from My Irish Jeweler. Designed with comfort and durability in mind, we’ve selected a few bestsellers below that have substance and style to boot.

Celtic Crosses

In our experience, people and especially men, love when there is a story behind their jewellery. Celtic Crosses have just that with a long and storied past and unsurprisingly many are top sellers every Christmas. Our celtic crosses are cherished family heirlooms that many gents wear daily. From chunky and hard wearing, to intricate and refined, we have a wealth of crosses to choose from.

Depending on his style and your budget you can choose from stunning sterling silver, a two tone design with silver and gold, or really push the boat out with a gold or white gold cross. Like the idea of a cross but not sure which one to go for? Get in touch, we would be delighted to help you find the perfect celtic cross for him this Christmas

Pendants and Necklaces

Everyone needs their own good-luck talisman, and many of our handsome pendants fit the bill perfectly with miraculous medals and lucky shamrocks and celtic knots representing eternity and strength.

And don’t forget the chain

All of our crosses and pendants come with high quality chains. But to up the ante, you can also go for a chain upgrade for a longer or chunkier look. We particularly recommend this if you are buying for a giant of a man! Just choose from our handpicked selection of quality chains on the product page for the perfect match for your cross or pendant when you are checking out.

Curb link chains are timeless and durable and we often recommend this style in particular for chunkier pendants for gents. Curb chains lie flat on the neck and so they are also very comfortable, always important to consider when buying for men!

Rings

For many men, the first and sometimes only ring they wear is their wedding band. So the idea of gifting him a ring for Chrstimas may seem a tad risky. But every Christmas that is proven wrong with several of our bold and handsome mens rings among our best selling for gifts for him. If you know his ring size, a timeless and weighty celtic design is sure to impress.

If you don’t know his size, not to worry. Just ask, and we can send you out one of our free ring sizers to ensure you get the perfect fit first time. We also have tips on how to size his ring on the QT, or simply get in touch and we can help you get it right.

Bracelets

Like rings, bracelets may not be the first thing people gravitate to for a gift for him. But ID style bracelets are certainly having a moment and our chunky torcs win over even the strongest jewellery holdouts with their substance, masculinity and ties to celtic warriors of old. With a wide range of handsome bracelets that can be inscribed with a name, initials or or a special message, he is sure to love it.

Money Clip

For the man who has it all, this limited edition, heavyweight, sterling silver money clip is a real collectors item and a piece to pass down generations.

Individually numbered, with only 25 in existence, this beautiful piece is selling fast. Securely shipped to you in luxury packaging complete with an individually numbered certificate, this is a gift that will really wow him this Christmas.

Cufflinks

Cufflinks are a classic gift for him and an upgrade from other go-to’s like socks or a tie! If your gent is a sharp dresser who wears suits for work or pleasure, you can’t go wrong with a pair of heirloom cufflinks.

Future family heirloom

After all that, we hope you agree that he might appreciate a little bling or a new family heirloom this Christmas. We are biased but we do think quality jewellery is tough to beat for a gift that has real sentimental value that he can treasure for a lifetime.

If you are convinced but still need some help picking that perfect gift, please do get in touch. We would be delighted to help. And even if you don't get him a beautiful piece of Irish jewellery this year, you may want to wish him seasons greetings the Irish way. Learn how to say Happy Christmas in Irish.

My Irish Jeweler

Born in Co. Antrim and reared in Dublin, I was fascinated with Gaelic culture from an early age. I suppose it's not surprising given my mother inherited a grá for the Irish language from my grandfather, an Irish school headmaster. And that grá continues! My brother and sister are now Gaelic teachers here in Ireland, my niece is an award winning Irish dancer, and I proudly work to share Irish culture through our Irish and Celtic Jewelry at My Irish Jeweler!

I love researching and reading about the history of Irish design. It's at the core of what we do here at My Irish Jeweler. I find much of it so interesting that I have to share what I find. I hope you enjoy it!
