When your package arrives, you will be greeted by a discreet and sealed waterproof mailer to protect your privacy - helpful if you are trying to get a surprise gift in under the radar! The only indication there is jewellery inside is on the address label, which includes our details required as the sender. This mailer cannot be resealed, adding a level of security to an already very safe registered and insured courier shipment.

Opening the mailer, you will find an unassuming recyclable carton that again has been sealed for your security. Breaking the seal and lifting the lid on the carton, you will find a lightly sealed package carefully wrapped in tissue paper. Inside is a gold embossed folder that includes your order information, jewellery care tips, and most importantly, the history and meaning behind the design of your piece. This touch is particularly welcome for those giving a gift. You have an easy and beautiful way to share the meaning behind your jewellery choice.

And, of course, finally there is the jewellery box itself. We carefully secure each item in an elegant but sturdy luxury gift box.
