Great customer service! They sent a set of sizer rings to verify the size, and we ended up changing the size (the ring fits perfectly, but it would not have based on the original size). They also shipped earlier than promised and in time for Christmas (initial confirmation was for mid-January). The ring is better than expected and my wife loves it! It is to replace a wedding ring lost a few years ago. The ring looks better than in the photo in our opinion. Great experience for someone who does not buy jewelry.
