The help and patience was examplary. The ring I ordered is very special to me, and all my worries and wonderings were taken care of, no grumbling, just quick answers and reassurances. I also was worried about the sizing, but I could give them the text to engrave, receive the ring, and send it back, either to engrave or swap for a different size. No harm no foul. I had damaged the ring while wearing it, (didn't want to take it off once I had it on for fear I would misplace it, as well as that it felt right, being there) and when I received it back after the engraving was done, it was good as new, nicely polished without any visible damage. I now have the box it came in, on the cabinet, and when I do something that could potentially do damage, I can put it safely away and as soon as I'm done, it's back on my finger. Thank you so much. When I am "in need" of jewelery, I will come here.
