probably this is my fault. the pictures make the ring look sturdy and substantial. but in real life they look cheep and look like they came out of a bubble gum machine. we are not happy with the quality and won't buy again. Having said that: I do wish to say that the people are easy to work with and prompt with my order and made returning easy. I appreciated their wonderful customer service which is hard to come by these days.

The ring is beautiful. I missed the delivery and it took me awhile to track down the UPS store to retrieve it. The UPS store was located in a CVS drugstore.
