Fantastic!!!! The entire experience!!!! Selection was made, but I made it twice placing two orders. They called me and left a message. I returned their call to have them explain what I did and find out if I wanted both orders. I let them know just the one and they fixed it. Got the item two days later, from Ireland to Colorado. Thank you Claire for your assistance and kindness. Other companies would not have made that call. Because of you, I will be placing future orders.

I purchased a 14kt gold Claddagh ring with an emerald. I got emails to tell me, they had received my order, as well as one with a tracking number and expected arrival date. I appreciated that they let me know I'd have to sign for the package. The ring is absolutely gorgeous!! It is just what my Dad wanted to give his finance on the day they marry, after being married 50 years each these two wanted something special for their second marriages. This is what they will both be happy with!! Thank you very much!!

I love the customer service. We ordered my ring with engraving they contacted us with concerns it might be small and that if we engraved it, I wouldn’t be able to return it and get the correct size. After talking on the phone we got the ring without engraving and it was a little tight. I am now in the process of getting my ring in the correct size with the requested engraving. Their detail to customer service is amazing. I have already given my husband my next piece from this company for Christmas.

I really love my Cross alot. Like the circle in the middle to where I can touch it when I need a little reassurance God is guiding us by the shoulder even when we're not so sure.
