Ring: excellent Fitting session: excellent. Communication re delivery dates etc: non-existent. Expected delivery date online kept changing, and j received no notification when this happened, but as we got close to the next delivery date I would log on and see that the deliver date had changed again. When I spoke to a person on the phone I was told that that should not have happened, I should have been advised of any delays and the delays should have been explained. I ended up with no confidence in the delivery dates that I was being given.

I’m so happy about my ring, the UPS stop by my house and said he couldn’t find my package. He said he’d be back if he found it. I was sick to my stomach and wanted to cry. He came back I was so excited.. I love my ring, to me it is about heritage. My father was born in Ireland he’s long gone. I can feel the Irish love with my ring.

Ring was too loose at first tried to reach out to Mr. Gavin and his team, they kindly offered me an exchange. After investigation they confirm they dispatched a wrong size so a correct one will be sent out and this time fit perfectly! I hope this style could set with diamonds instead of CZ stones in the future as CZ doesn't last long. Afterall, the craftsmanship is really good.

My now wife surprised me early last year on Valentine's Day with the silver Ardagh Chalice Ring. I loved it so much I told her it could be my wedding band if we got married. 3 months later, I special ordered this white gold diamond halo ring and proposed to her. I noticed that shortly after I received the ring it appeared on the front page of the website; and with close inspection, I could tell it was the actual ring I had special ordered!!
