I was amazed at how quickly the ring arrived. I was expecting a much longer travel time to Australia but within 10 days the ring was on my doorstep. Really impressed with the service, even after I ordered the wrong colour gold My Irish Jeweler answered my request to change it within 24 hrs and fixed me up. Can't recommend them more! Thanks.

After weeks of looking, we finally found a reputable company with beautiful jewelry and a large selection to choose from. Our daughter was turning 30 and we decided to buy the Trinty Knot Pearl Pendant and earrings for her birthday gift. We were very nervous about it getting here on time due to ordering so close to when we needed it. I emailed them and also added a note to the order explaining my concerns. Later that day I received a phone call from them (In Ireland it was past dinner time) She reassured me that she would get this out to me ASAP and let me know when it was shipped. True to her statement, she emailed me 48 hours later letting me know that it had been shipped and when to expect the FEDEX delivery. I was shocked that it arrived soo quickly and in plenty of time for her birthday! The packaging was fantastic. I opened up the packages and was thrilled with the quality of workmanship of both pieces of jewelry. They are absolutely more beautiful in person!! We upgraded the chain and they even sent the original chain with it. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and the jewelry. We will definitely be shopping with them again and again for all of our of jewelry needs.

I am still waiting for my granddaughter to visit after her graduation in a different State. Now all her parties and vacation after a hard year, so I just have to be patient for her to visit and give her the ring. I feel she will probably like the wider one and sorry it is taking so long. I am 83 with bad osteoarthritis so can no longer go to visit her. Such a great feeling to work with a company such as yours, where I know you are patient and work with me. Thank you so very much
