My fiancé's ring was exactly like what I saw on the website. It was even more stunning in person. The detail in the ring is impeccable. I had been looking for awhile for the perfect ring and once I saw the selections of men's wedding bands, I knew that I didn't have to look any further. I had to hurry and make up my mind and place my order because I ordered my ring 12 days before my wedding. I expected to pay a high price for shipping since it was coming from Ireland to the states. I was surprised there was no fee for shipping. Wow!! Once I placed my ordered and received the ring, I believe it was 4 or 5 days of waiting. It was worth the wait!! I was able to track my purchase from start to finish. Once the ring got here I went ahead and gave it to my fiancé's to make sure it fit (we had his finger sized at a local jeweler). It fit perfectly!! I presented it to him as, "you now have your owe Irish jeweler from Ireland!" Thank you so so much for a beautiful work of art. The ring arrived in a beautiful box and neatly presented, just in time to give it to my fiance before our wedding. He gave me a Claddagh ring last year and now it was my turn to give him one. It fits him perfectly and he loves it so much he can't stop staring at it. This design is specially beautiful, with the Gaelic words for love, friendship and loyalty, as well as a discrete Claddagh symbol between them (great design for men!). My friend was very pleased with the earrings! It is a little awkward to have the mailing address and the billing address conflated. For instance, my name is Mary Anne and I was the billing address. My friend's name, the recipient of the gift, is Katie. I needed to phone Peter to have it all work correctly, i.e. the gift being sent to Katie and the bill being sent to me. Most U.S. websites have that distinction. Still, I enjoyed working with Peter and my friend is delighted with her gift. It was delivered right on time and I am very pleased with both the product and the service.

Our customer service was extraordinary, and my wife is very pleased with her Claddagh ring. I had purchased a Claddagh ring for her from My Irish Jeweler, but she lost it. We recently took a vacation to Ireland and thought we would stop by My Irish Jeweler to get it replaced. We didn't know that My Irish Jeweler does not have a retail site when we stopped by the office. However, the person who helped us was very gracious. She took the time to sit down with us, properly size my wife's finger, and order a new ring for us. It arrived just after we returned home, fit perfectly, and my wife loves it.
