Everything went extremely smoothly, even when I emailed you to change the engraving. The ring arrived promptly and the package was beautifully presented. The only criticism was using UPS delivery.When I checked where my package was their system said it had been collected on 4/4/19 but I wouldn't receive it until 4/8/19 ! Of course I panicked thinking it would never arrive but it did within 3 days .

This ring is a replacement for my husbands lost wedding ring (custom made) and he is thrilled with it, especially the Mo Anam Cara words and meaning.The ring is beautiful - photos cannot do it justice! I was in the jewelry business in years past and the quality of this piece represents a much more expensive ring...I cannot say enough good things about it.One thing I noticed - My Irish Jeweler pieces have what a lot of competitors do not - the hands on the Claddah have fingers; you will notice a lot of designs of cheaper quality pieces have "mitts" - what's that about anyway?The packaging and presentation goes far beyond what other jewelry stores provide - very impressive. The free gift of the History of Ireland business card holder was especially appreciated by my husband since he is 100% Irish.Thanks to the staff for helping me with all questions and working to make sure the ring arrived safely.
