There were problems ordering on line but when I explained & requested a phone call, I was able to speak directly with Peter who was most helpful.My Tree of Life necklace was promptly ordered & within a few days, it still arrived in time for my birthday!Nice quality Irish Sterling Silver...A detailed & pretty piece, not as 'chunky' as it appeared on the the website but I was very pleased with the quality & meaning provided for my 'Tree of Life' necklace. I bought my fiance's engagement ring from Peter which he loved. We saw a beautiful wedding ring on here but we also went to the jewellery quarter In Birmingham, UK as well. He basically went into shop after shop and nothing at all matched the design or quality of the wedding ring here. So we spoke to Peter directly, a delightful man, and he shipped the ring to us 4 days earlier than advertised. It is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Thank you so much Peter. You are an artist. We get married in 2 weeks time and I know the ring will be amazing in the photos! Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Very, very happy with the ring I bought. Excellent quality, ordering was straight forward, it shipped on time. One rating point lost for delivery. Fedex left the ring unattended, "as authorized" at the wrong address and reported it delivered on their system (luckily I was checking regularly and noticed straight away). It took half a day of chasing Fedex to get them to go back, and bring it to me. I think Fedex are very careless, and a signature should be required.

From the moment we opened the FedEx box we were both "wowed!" The ring was exactly as presented on the website and the quality was beyond expected. Even the packaging was impressive.
