First and foremost the team was most accommodating and helpful to me. I have only high praise for the company and those who helped me. The jewelry is beautiful! Everything I asked for was well done. My only concern has to do with the shipping company, UPS. They misplaced my package and I have always been difficult to work with many times. I know it is not My Irish Jewelry company fault. Have you considered using a different shipping company?
