They were very responsive in letting me know my ordered item was out of stock and I wouldn't be able to get by Christmas, and sent along photos and description of other options somewhat similar to what originally was ordered. Product is excellent no problem there but when I opened the package it was offered a sham rock Christmas orderment that I did not receive as advertised I have been a customer for years disappointed

Purchased the necklace for my 13 year old niece with the letter “K” and another with the letter “E”, for her name. We lost her father, my brother, Kevin a year ago in September. He wanted me to make sure she is always aware of her Irish ancestry. Amazingly the “K” arrived on his birthday. Hoping she will love it as much as I do.
