Your necklace was a gift, I haven’t heard from her yet how she liked it. As far as service, every question I had was promptly and courteously handled. I realize it was over the holidays, but it did take 20 days from ordering until shipping, not sure why. It was delivered a day earlier then stated on the order confirmation, so all in all, good job! Dream come true- I have been looking for an Irish-created claddagh ring for many years (since I found out my great grandmother was born in Dublin). When I came upon My Irish Jeweler, all bets were off in my search. This ring went beyond my expectations. I received it yesterday. Throughout the process, Gemma was amazing.
