The custom heavy duty silver chain was beautiful. I upgraded to the next duty 22” chain. I received the chain and cross very quickly. After receiving the items, I felt the 22” chain was small for me and coordinated an exchange for the 24” chain. My Irish Jeweler was absolutely a pleasure with assisting me for an exchange.
