We measured prior to ordering, however both rings were still tight when they arrived (could have been user error!) Nevertheless, Staff were amazing and made the exchange absolutely painless! My bracelet is absolutely beautiful! If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would! I apprenticed with a custom jeweler and am an amateur gemologist and the craftsmanship, presentation and customer service are exceptional. Another review I read said that the customer could not find comparable service in the United States and I second that! I will definitely be coming back for more!
