Purchased this pendant for my friends 60th Birthday gift and she absolutely loved it. The picture does not do the piece justice! Gemma, my representative from My Irish Jeweler, went above and beyond to ensure I received the gift by 6/27/20 as the celebration was 6/28/20. I live in New York and had a direct phone number to reach Gemma in Ireland. My calls were always answered by Gemma...No voice mails!... No having to speak with a gamut of different representatives and explain what was going on over and over again! Truly a great customer service experience! I will definitely do business again with My Irish Jeweler, especially if Gemma is my Customer Service Representative!
