Just what I wanted for my daughter, - birthstones for her husband and my twin grandkids. Beautiful in everyway. Remember what I said in my last review - We have been to Ireland a number of times. One such visit was for 5 weeks. My only criticism- I think you should charge a little more and put a heaver chain (necklace) on all your necklaces with a pendant. I up graded the chain on one of my purchases, should have on the other. Even at that I would pay a little more for both pieces. I already purchased a heaver chain for the one - only problem I'm going to have to have it put on. But overall, I'm very pleased with my purchases.

Wow ! I don’t have enough superlatives to describe our Book of Kells wedding rings along with every aspect of interacting with MyIrishJeweler . First , a bit of background… My boyfriend and I were about to visit Dublin to celebrate a special birthday and wanted to find rings that would truly be a lovely, meaningful external acknowledgment of our love for one another . ( we’re both in our seventies ) . I came across My Irish Jeweler’s website and realized that as their brick and mortar store was relatively near our Dublin hotel , a visit to them was in order . I initially reached out to the staff at MIJ via e mail and promptly heard back that they would be most happy to meet w us in person and to give us any guidance and recommendation that we required . ( At this point , I’ll state that w out exception , every on line communication and/ or telephone call to MIJ was courteously and promptly responded to ) At the arranged meeting time at their showroom in Dublin , we were warmly welcomed by Claire and Gemma , including being offered tea and snacks . Further , as my boyfriend and I are at high risk for a deleterious outcome from Covid , we requested some extra consideration of Covid protocols which they complied with , in a very helpful and non judgmental way . This was one more example of MIJ going above and beyond to be attentive and respectful of customer needs . ( so grateful) But I digress … the showing and ring sizing itself couldn’t have been more pleasurable and we felt very well guided by Claire , once she ascertained exactly what we desired . I’ll further note , that at no time in the process was there any hint of “upselling “ ; consistent was the feeling that Claire truly wanted us to be well pleased w the bespoke rings we ordered , embodying the Book Of Kells motifs . Communication throughout the actual “ crafting to order “ stage , shipping details and updates , etc was very prompt and concise . Further , our rings actually arrived two full weeks earlier than we had been promised , for which we were grateful as we were about to have a family reunion w relatives , who we wanted to share these beautiful rings with . Not surprisingly, everyone was impressed with the meaning of these rings for us and certainly by how very tasteful and beautifully made our rings are . Without a doubt our bespoke Book of Kells Rings are sophisticated and exquisitely made ; the craftsmanship of our rings is superb and we feel very proud to wear them . This has been a very long review, and for those of you who have “ hung in there “ to read this in its entirety , I’ve been trying to convey how truly special this company is ; their customer service , jewelry and “ sense of family” is a rare thing in todays world . I cannot imagine a company with higher integrity that truly deserves a five star rating in all categories.
