I was offered an online appointment where Peter showed me some rings to give me a sense of what thye looked like. The ring arrived and was slightly too smal. The response was immediate with clear instructions and the ring was sent back and one a size larger delivered very quickly and efficiently. The service provided is above and beyond prompt and considerate. I looked at other jewellers and the service and rings were nowhere near the standard her. Highly recommended.

First of all, the necklace is beautiful; the stones literally sparkle! I appreciate the fact that due to a backup in production delivery was delayed but I was notified of this. It was nice to know that My Irish Jeweler cares enough about their patrons to keep them abreast of when an item is delayed and also gives the patron an estimated wait time. I never doubted that I would receive my necklace when they said, and it was packaged in such a way to prevent any damage happening. I was amazed that it was sent out on a Wednesday, and I actually received it the very next day....all the way from Dublin to Georgetown Delaware, USA!!! It's nice to deal with a professional and caring company in this day and age! Thanks so much!
