I was truly astonished at the lightness and lack of substance of this piece - sterling silver pendants in heavier gauges are available at much lower pricing - I did not have the heart to give this to my daughter. I have ordered a much sturdier two sided piece from a local jeweler. Not pleased at all! Also the amount of packaging is irresponsible to the environment!

I had to return my ring for a size up, which was not a problem, I got the same friendly service I got when purchasing. Returning is easy and hassle free.
