Your staff (Ciaran) responded quickly to my e-mail explaining the situation and I am thankful that you will accept the piece back with full credit. I sent the piece back today and placed an order for another item that my wife selected. The rings are gorgeous. My only regret is that I could not afford one of the white gold and diamond laced rings. Because I purchased the silver rings, I am well aware that after some years they'll be due to retire. I will invest in the same design but with real gold and diamond lace rings for me and my husband. All future rings will come from My Irish Jeweler. Well worth it and very affordable!
