The jewelry was fine. The service, not so much. I paid extra to have it delivered on the day they TOLD me it would be delivered if I paid the extra money. Instead, it did not get here in time....it got her 5 days after the promised date. I requested a refund of the extra I paid in shipping and was ignored.
