My wife absolutely loves the piece! The only comment we would make is that chain arrived very tangled. We were able to tease it apart and free it up (1 hour) and I would suggest packing with cotton to prevent that.Best regards,Bernie

Dear Mr. Gavin,I definitely had some issues with the service, but I understand things happen. When we did finally receive our rings, we were extremely disappointed in the "size" meaning the width and thickness of the ring, especially the ladies ring. You can barely see the claddagh design on it.At least on the men's ring, you can see the design better, although still much smaller than we anticipated. If I had the choice, I would DEFINITELY return the rings for a refund! So disappointed!
