I purchased a 14kt gold Claddagh ring with an emerald. I got emails to tell me, they had received my order, as well as one with a tracking number and expected arrival date. I appreciated that they let me know I'd have to sign for the package. The ring is absolutely gorgeous!! It is just what my Dad wanted to give his finance on the day they marry, after being married 50 years each these two wanted something special for their second marriages. I love the customer service. We ordered my ring with engraving they contacted us with concerns it might be small and that if we engraved it, I wouldn’t be able to return it and get the correct size. After talking on the phone we got the ring without engraving and it was a little tight. I am now in the process of getting my ring in the correct size with the requested engraving. Their detail to customer service is amazing. I have already given my husband my next piece from this company for Christmas.
