It's not very often that you come across a company like this which offers exceptional customer service and the personal touch every step of the consumer journey. The ring that I ordered arrived beautifully presented , I must say the packaging had the wow factor! It was a gift for my son's 21st birthday and to say that he was overwhelmed when he saw it is an understatement. The ring looks beautiful on the website but spectacular in real life.
