We measured prior to ordering, however both rings were still tight when they arrived (could have been user error!) Nevertheless, Staff were amazing and made the exchange absolutely painless! I apprenticed with a custom jeweler and am an amateur gemologist and the craftsmanship, presentation and customer service are exceptional. Another review I read said that the customer could not find comparable service in the United States and I second that! I will definitely be coming back for more!
