Service from Dublin was faster than from some vendors in the U.S.! Chat feature was helpful and the pendant came with gorgeous documents, cards, etc. explaining the piece. The St. Brigid Cross was slightly smaller than I expected BUT I probably was not diligent in looking at the details before ordering. I give My Irish Jeweler high mark for customer service, excellent products and attention to detail. I will definitely continue being a repeat customer.
