We were a little late in ordering our rings and receive just a couple of weeks before our wedding. Although my wife’s fit perfectly mine was a half size too small (we had gotten measured before ordering at a local jeweler). I was concerned we wouldn’t be able to get mine retuned and get it back in time for the wedding. I got ahold of Gemma at MIJ and she got it worked out that I could use the ring for the ceremony and then return it to be resized. I was given instruction on how to return and like advertised the expressed mail the ring right back to me. A very in stressful experience. My hats off to Gemma and the staff at MIJ!!
